Messing around with color

I am not a designer, but last night I couldn't sleep, so I tried a little painting software I found on my computer. This is what came out. Today is a beautiful day, and I'm going out with a friend. I'll take pictures.

Hi Sally

I think you've done a wonderful job with the design and all the various insightful topics on this blog.

I'm from Australia and I read about this on the afterellen site. I also saw all the various translations of "lesbians without borders" and i was like, damn, wish I had something to contribute.

Though personally I'm more on the
straight side of the sexuality continuum (very bicurious though)I'm open minded enough to realise that love comes in various shapes and forms and if I happen to fall in love with a woman in the future..that would be just as awesome (if not better.);)

I totally agree with the purpose of this blog that love should have no earthly barriers or borders and that we should embrace and celebrate all the wonderful diversity of lesbian cultures around the world.

Anyway, Berlin definitely sounds like a great place. So hope you and your girlfriend are having an awesome time there, and all the best with this blog and everything else. :)

Cheers,
Sasha

PS. Like I said earlier wish I could translate something. Don't know if there's a clear cut meaning for lesbian in Hindi (lot of words for gay and same sex loving people. Historically, the kama sutra mentions svairini as a term for women loving women. But others say it actually means an
independent woman who could chose her own relationships-but not many ppl are aware of this term), so I'm going to translate this well known love poem which I know a lot of Indian lbgt ppl identify with.

Ishq par zor nahin
yeh hai woh aatish, Ghalib,
Jo lagaye na lagen aur bhujaya na bane

Love cannot be forced
It is a flame,says Ghalib,
which cannot be ignited at will or quenched at will.

Thank you so much for your comment and the poem. That is very nice of you. I'm glad you like the blog and that you are open enough to maybe in the future find love with another woman. When you are a lesbian, you know it from early on, that you are different. But don't worry. I also recommend to all my straight friends that they try having sex with a woman at least once in their lives! And It better be a woman that actually "knows" what she is doing, so you'll experience that wonderful sensation, of being with someone that knows exactly what your body wants. Thank you for visiting, please come again!
